Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add up to 380ml hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to rehydrate. The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic.
Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.

| STAFF’S TASTE TEST – We all agreed the Chicken Korma was a very tasty dish, however we wouldn’t say it resembled a Korma. It looked like one, smelt like one but didn’t completely taste like a one. Though, what ever this new curry flavour was, we all liked. There wasn’t much chicken in the meal which is a shame and the consistency was a little runny, but the overall nice flavour won us over. |
